Digma Management Consulting AG was founded in the year 2000. The main objective of the founders and partners was to create a consultancy that would focus on the swift and efficient implementation of strategic initiatives for large companies. The reason behind this corporate strategy was our personal experience of consulting projects, which made us realize that the concepts and strategies developed were only able to achieve a proportion of the desired results.
In response to this we developed an integrated approach to management consulting in which classic business management is combined with change management to ensure swift and efficient implementation.
This is why all our employees have a solid background in management, but are also qualified to understand and deal with social dynamics.
We are also involved in performance improvement as a part of applied research and belong to a network that includes universities and other consulting companies with a similar interest in this area.
